Payment:
Payment can be made via Paypal, Direct Deposit or Money Order. Preferred payment type is Direct Deposit. If payment has not been received within 3 working days of ordering I may send a reminder, however if no payment or contact is made within this time the order will be cancelled and item returned to stock. If you require a longer period for payment to be made please feel free to contact me and we can work it out together. I can provide a layby arrangement if requested, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required and up to 12 weeks will be given to pay in regular installments. Custom orders will not be started until payment has been fully made.
Custom orders:
Custom slots will be listed for sale on www.mymymy.com.au, a waiting list can also be found in the discussions tab on the mymymykids facebook page. Custom slots or pre-orders will generally be made and posted within 6 weeks of cleared payment unless advised otherwise, a more specific time frame will be advised at time of order placement.
At the moment custom orders are limited to Lolly Bottoms, Anyi pants and sets, aprons, appliqued tee's or fleece pants. Scenic/picture, more than a single ruffle or more than one embroidery/appliqued nappies are now available as custom orders but will come at a premium price and will be discussed with you as part of the consultation process. Please do not send me a photo of someone else's work and ask me to copy it as I won't do this. Also please don't ask me to order in fabric for your order that i don't have listed as on hand, however you may send me your own quilters cotton for pockets or cuffs. Please note, quilters cotton only - I will not be keen to experiment with other fabrics for a customer order so if I do receive anything other than cotton it will be returned to you.
Postage and Packaging:
Your purchase/s will be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing my account unless otherwise stated in the product description.
All items are shipped by Australia Post and I strongly recommend registering your parcel for an extra $3.05 to allow tracking. Once your item is sent I take no responsibility for lost parcels so if unsure please choose to register when finalising your purchase.
Returns:
I take great pride in the quality of my work and am very approachable so if you are not happy with your purchase once received, please contact me within 14 days. Refund will be given only on a faulty item once received by me and inspected. If you have any other concerns please contact me so that we can resolve any issues straight away.
Privacy:
I value your privacy and will never disclose personal details to a third party unless required to do so by law. Any personal information is used only to complete your order.
